• Welcome

Hey there! My name is Jenna Simpson and I am a photographer in Picton, Ontario who specializes in capturing fun portraits, beautiful details and real moments. As our name suggests, we strive to create beautiful, memorable images that you will cherish for a lifetime. Images that record important milestones in the lives of each family member and that can be shared with loved ones and close friends. About Image brings a creative flare and our personal commitment to excellence in every photographic assignment.

My blog follows both my professional and personal life, and features images from the sessions I shoot, the places I travel as well as the friends and family members that mean so much to me. This site is a little more informal and may give you a better sense of who I am. Thanks for checking in!

Karen & Eric

We were lucky enought to have a great location for photos at the brides parents house. You may remember the engagement photos posted way back HERE and here they are again on the wedding day!

getting ready for back to school

My niece and I were out for a walk and she asked me if she could come to the studio so I could take her back to school photos the next day. Then my nephew wanted in on the session so here is what we came up with:

I love the pic of them jumping- I just can’t believe they are that happy to back to school!

Baby #1 on the way!

…I know, I talk like there could be more but who knows, hehe.

Adorable, isn’t she?!

The other two ladies here will be in again in October for their own maternity sessions. They just decided to stop in for the last 10min of this session for some group photos

I love this image!

…and of course I hope to see them soon for newborn photos:)

How awesome is that to be pregnant with your best friends

Amanda & Mike Married

It was a beautiful Irish wedding and we just missed the rain! One of my second shooters was in the wedding party which was kind of helpful as this wedding only had one photographer. The bride, Amanda was beautiful! The guys were a lot of fun to photograph and I could see what great friends they were from *trying* to pose them for photos. They had their own ideas for photos so I went with it:)

Enjoy the slideshow!

fun family session

The first image is of a couple and the rest is the family. The son from the family bought mom a gift card for Christmas of last year and they just got in to make use of it:)They were a lot of fun to photograph. Once I piled the family on dad he asked me if I has ex boyfriend issues and was taking it out on him, hahaha. (Sorry for the painful posing!) They were so much fun and let there personalities show through in a few of the images:)
